In the next step, we will sign the Future Purchase Agreement, which involves the first payment of 30% of the property price, payable within 30 days of signing.
After the construction is complete, you will pay another 30% of the property price.
After successful completion, the final step comes: signing the purchase contract and paying the remaining 40% of the property price within 30 days.
After successfully paying the purchase price, we will hand over the keys to your cottage and from that moment on, the cottage at Altessa Residence will be yours alone.
